Streamer guidelines

1. 21+ audiences only. Only stream our games for viewers who are 21 or older (or the legal gambling age where you and your viewers are, if that's higher). Turn on your platform's age-restriction settings.
2. Follow the rules where you are. Follow Stake's terms, your streaming platform's rules for gambling content, and the laws where you live. Don't stream from places where online gambling isn't allowed.
3. Show real results only. Never edit, stage or fake a win. If you're playing a free demo, with play money, or with funds that aren't your own, say so clearly on screen.
4. Disclose your deals. If you're paid, sponsored, or using an affiliate or referral link, tell your viewers clearly, as your platform and local law require.
5. Play responsibly on stream. Don't encourage viewers to chase losses or to gamble more than they can afford. Share responsible-gambling help, such as our responsible gaming page.
6. Use our art as provided. Don't alter our logos or game art, and don't suggest you're an official partner unless we've agreed it.
7. Share your big wins the right way. Send them with "Submit your win". We check every bet on Stake before it goes on the board or the overlay.
8. We may ask for changes. If a stream breaks these guidelines, we may ask you to change or remove it.
